Sign in to disble this ad
Hello bass players im looking for a cheap and good sounding bass to take out for small gigs. I have 2 high dollars basses and im trying to keep them in good condition. I think i have narrowed it down to the Warwick Rockbass Basic Corvette active pick ups and eq with Natural Finish or Yamaha RBX 375 active pick ups and eq in candy apple red. Come on Bass players help me out here???????????????????

If it's the newer Rockbass Corvette with the 2 piece bridge, I'd go for that over the Yamaha.

I liked the Yamaha when I played it. Not quite "my" vibe, but had an aweomse agressive tone. I don't think the guitard knew I was playing along to him, but I was... Low B was nice and tight, and it had an agressive tone with a little bit of overdrive.

All in all, an awesome metal bass. It's good and clean too.
