Warwick Streamer Jazzman owners - little help

Sign in to disble this ad
Streamer Jazzman owners...

I'm thinking about emulating a Streamer Jazzman with a Warmoth build. I could use some help spec'ing the location of the pickups, so I'm enlisting the help of TB'ers to help me with:
  • Distance from edge of nut to center of closest (closest to neck) poles on MM pickup
  • Distance from edge of nut to center of furthest (closest to bridge) poles on MM pickup
  • Distance from edge of nut to center of E-string pole on J pickup
  • Distance from edge of nut to center of G-string pole on J pickup

Thanks in advance!

-Mike

Excellent choice of pickup layout Mikey.
I like the way you think.

Mine is 5 strings so i guess the measures don't work for you, assuming that you asked for G and E strings distance is a 4 String bass rigth? let me know!

Should have mentioned that... I am looking for 4-string layouts, not 5.

Thanks for the catch!

I'll take measurements from a 5'er... I think the humbucker is the same distance from the nut.

For the J pup, maybe just measure along the E-string instead of the B, and then the G string. That should give the same location as for a 4-string.

Thanks!
