Is there a particular reason why I cannot seem to find any Warwick Streamer Stage I on American or Canadian Online Music Stores?

Bass Central has 3 of them:

And aside from the similar shape, Spectors and Warwicks are not the same. Very different sound in my opinion.

they don't feel the same either. Spectors are awesome but I'll take a Warwick any day over one. They just fit me best.

Whatever suits your needs.
I'd go for an NS-2 any day.

I'd go Warwick. I'm a sucker for fine woods, and I like Warwicks bridge and nut better. Not to mention I prefer the Warwick sound.
