Wife surprised me with this baby for my birthday last night. She found it on Craigslist, negotiated it down, polished it up, and kept the kids quiet. I thought I was getting a floor jack!
The finish is near perfect, clear that it was played very little. It does need a new Grover tuner, a toggle, new strings and a setup. None of the pots are scratchy (shocker) and PUs work great. One curious thing tho: it has the Buzz Feiten Tuning System (stamped on headstock) which I've never heard of. Appears to be just a special setup.
I'll take it to rehearsal after the TLC and report back on how it sounds in a band mix.
