Come on, guys - you know what he's asking.

I'm not familiar with this model. Is it from the same era as the B20?

Does anyone know the value of a Washburn B90 (Chicago Series, flame maple top), or where I can find a reliable source for pricing? I've looked all over on ebay, craigs list, etc, but there's just nothing out there on it. Seems rare, given that it was one of the first series Washburn made. It's the exact same bass as in this picture (on the left):

A long-time friend of mine gave me his last year. He and I played together in a band for many years (I'm actually a drummer who likes playing bass), and I remember the day he bought it. It's a great sounding bass that I really enjoy playing. I'd never part with it, just wanted to know the value.

I am far from an expert but give this link a try:
http://www.washburn.com/about/
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll find archived pages of models, based on year of manufacture. If you don't know the exact "birth year" of your guitar, you can cross-reference with the photo you provided.
Hope this helps!

Washburn's record keeping is pathetic. I have an old washburn bass from 1981 and they can't even tell me which model it is. I am the original owner, but there is nothing on the bass to indicate the model. I have always been curious as to the value but nobody I have shown it to has seen one before. From my internet searching, I think its a Vulture II (SB40). It's really well made. Better quality than my MIM fenders which I love.
