Waterstone Basses - Hot deals

I've got my Waterstone Indra on the block and it's not seeing much interest. So I took a look at Ebay as an option and noticed that there are a ton of import Waterstones listed on their clearance page for about $200. Not good for me, but great for anyone needing a nice 34in 4 string. The Indra isn't listed as a clearance item so I checked their site. They've apparently discontinued a bunch of basses including the Indra.

I can attest that the quality of my Indra is on par with any of the Epiphone or Gretsch Electromatic guitars/basses I've played. It sounds killer, looks great, and has been quite reliable. Hard cases are included, and their designs have great style.

I'm not affiliated, just wanted to spread the word on what I think is a killer deal. And if you'd rather have a 30in semihollow look up my bass in the classifieds. Knowing what they're selling the discontinued seconds for I think I'd be willing to deal!

The Skelly looks a lot like a Cort T-34. I'm surprise that they have not heard from Cort - or maybe they have. That Skelly should have come out about a year ago, but all I have seen to date are B stock models.

They had them for sale some months ago with a statement that the finish had a smokey hazed appearance. Not sure what's going on with that one.

However, I am intrigued with this brand. They do some interesting things besides the standard P bass - J bass. I like to reward that kind of originality with my dollar.

I have owned a Lulu and an 8 string model (forgot the name.) I got the Lulu on clearance for around 249.00. It was alright but I wouldn't have been happy if I paid full price. The 8 string was a really nicely made bass. Played well and sounded nice.

I just saw that. The Lulu's are 35.00 for shipping (in a case.) There aint that much difference. I wonder if they would lower that.

Yea, but why the miniature pictures on the eBay posting? That kind of stuff on eBay always makes me immediately suspicious.

Anyway, it is an interesting looking design. I wonder what is the hold up on the production models.

I have never seen that one before. I contacted them to see if they might have another. They said there were no more. I created a Waterstone search on ebay so I won't miss any more like that.

Good idea! I want a blue Skelly, and the Meaden looks sweet too.
