Sorry for the huge delay in answering these...

6string - thanks! I think it's hard to go wrong with any of the 'normal' basses for 90's alternative stuff. I'm smitten with jazz basses (planning my next build as we speak!), but I've had p basses that fit fine too. I like the look of the stingray classic basses too, I seem to remember the guy from Nerf Herder (THE nerd band!) had a stingray. I'm in Lancaster so Sheffield isn't a million miles away. Been in bands every now and then, but just messing round with friends at the moment.

Josh - excellent! I knew someone on here had the Stingray. That was also used to record 'Keep Sleeping' - maybe my favourite song off Seven More Minutes. Treasure it!

Nice. Matt sharpe is def. one of my favorites. I wonder where weezer would be if he had stayed.

With the way the music industry works, I would assume not as popular as they are now.

Although, Rivers is a f***ing genius. That guy oozes success...

Awesome build! Such a cool bass to replicate. The =W= went down hill after he left but the Rentals ruled.
