Weight of 2012 Fender American Standard Precision 5

Does anybody know the weight of the Fender American Standard Precision 5?

Is it heavier than a Std 4 string?

All basses will vary greatly in weight. The question isnt really answerable.

FWIW...I picked mine up in December 2012 and I had the music store put it on a digital scale in the shipping/receiving room and it weighed in at EXACTLY 9lbs...nice weight actually...my 4 string P bass is at 8lbs 6 oz and the P5 "feels" the same weight wise after a long night of gigging...I love it BTW
