What basses have an upright/violin/cello style headstock?

Like the fretless Jaco plays here:

I've seen old Univox basses like this. What other basses have headstocks like that?

Ampeg scroll basses, numerous violin basses have that headstock configuration as well.

Aria (and Univox) basses from 1970-1974 have that head stock.
