I like a lot of others but I LOVE those three brands. Glad I own 1 or 2 of each.

...unless I can find and try a Lakland. A good handful of bassists have dropped Fender for Lakland - I'm dangerously wanting to see if it can do the same to me also!

My current 3 basses are Fenders, and I've owned a half dozen or so, but I also like MM and really have the hots for a classic Sterling. I hope that some day my playing improves to the point that I'll deserve a Lakland, Sadowsky, or Lull.
I've owned one Ric, and some low end Yamaha, Ibanez, Cort, Steinie Spirit basses.
