If you bought the bass, why don't you give US a review? I don't think many people have these yet.

I played the five string version over the weekend. The neck felt good, and the tone was OK. Overall, it struck me as a decent, but not great, budget bass. I felt the same about the new version of the Saratoga too.

First, no picture, no new bass. This is the custom here, and must be obeyed lest the gods be made angry.

Second, you're the one with the bass in your hands. Tell US about lt. Throw us a bone...

Third, there is no third thing, except that you're giving us sore butts with all those thread bumps.

I got myself a 5'er CRB. Good tone is subjective but I like mine. Punchy clean P-bass tone with a solid low B. The neck is comfy I agree. Wider than my Fender P5 (past the nut) but very easy to play.

I bought it and sent it off to get repaired because it had some dings and scratches when it arrived, then I never saw it again.

I can't post pics because I don't have the income to become a supporting member which would allow me to post pics. So one. I can't post pics. Two. The person I sent my bass to pulled a vanishing act soon after I sent the bass to get fixed. And three. I never got to use it. It went straight from the box to the repair shop.

I was gonna use it as my hidden gem, all my other basses have some kind of injury like a scratch or a ding, but I couldn't use it as such unless it looked perfect. I already knew the dangers of shipping an instrument so I decided to look into my local guitar repairmen and found this person. This person was well liked so I decided that I would send my bass there if it was damaged in any way. The only way I wanted it to look was like a gently used bass, but it looked like it needed major repairs. That is why I sent it.

Yeah. Also the scratches were so bad that there was no chance of picking it up and playing it for a second before sending it back out.

BTW, I just ordered a pizza and I want you guys to tell me if it's good.

So the repair guy you sent it to is local?

This thread just makes no sense at all. I think I liked it better when it was closed.

I think you can post photos free to sites like Photobucket and then link them here even without a Supporting Membership, FYI, Eric.
