What does CE on Fender/Squire necks mean??

It's on my squire P but not my '72 J. I see it a lot so what does it mean?

See the neck plate for an Example: USA Fender Jazz parts

Certificate of Excellence. These can only be found on the most supreme examples of a given model. Very rare and collectable.
