What does this sticker mean?

I got a used Fender Jag Bass... probably 2005. It has this sicker on the neck plate... anyone know what it means?

My guess would be that you are referring to the sticker with the trash can. After a little pondering I've come to the guesstimated conclusion that it means no waste or recycled materials were used in making the product.

if its the ce sticker it means CONSULTANTS EUROPE. It has to do with product conformance.

s4001; yeah, that's my buy.

Noobie here; sorry about the no-post. It IS the trash can sticker. A bit unsettling, but the bass is in great shape, and I'm pleased w the price.

It's nothing to worry about, it's required on new items sold in certain markets. Remove it and be done with it.

From the post above, here's what the CE sticker means (it's sort of like the Underwriter Laboratories seen on many products here):

The crossed out trashcan means it is not RoHS-compliant. What that means is that leaded solder is used in the instrument.
