What does your bass say about you?

Simple. It says that I play whatever I want regardless of what anyone else thinks.

Show some love for a Tele Bass. I'd love a description for it too.

Guys, this is a joke! Don't take it seriously.

BC rich = "I thought the 'P' stood for 'pointy' and Jacksons aren't pointy enough"
Tele bass = "I want to play brad paisley songs but 6 strings confuse me"
P bass with a J pickup = "what the heck? I thought I ticked the 'cruise control' option."
Epiphone = "Jack Casady didn't need no dang P bass!"

P. Bass player who told bassy keyboardist at Saturday's gig: "GET OFF MY LAWN!"

Compliance was forthcoming & we rocked it!

I've actually heard G&L players say that... And I think they're at least somewhat right.

Original period three-string upright: "Hot damn, I'm gifted."

(I do not play a three-string upright)

Hilarious. I literally own my p-bass because I wanted something that could cover any gig and wouldn't offend anyone. So yeah I didn't know what else to get.

My next addition will be a modern active 5er to cover the gigs the p-bass falls just shy on.

Well, we weren't going to mention the elephant in the room but since you brought it up...
