what happened to Geddy's bass?

the original '72 jazz bass that inspired his signature line.
i got thinking about this when i watched Rush in Rio, his headstock looked tinted, older to me and made me think that he might have been using the original.

anyone know where it went? IIRC he replaced the neck when the original neck warped.

idk, someone shed some light on this situation. im intrigued.
