| | | | I'd say its a badly overpiced one of a kind no name bass. Perhaps kit built from warmouth body blank with pup, neck pocket, control cavity, etc routes allready done. Just shape body as desired. Buy neck with blank headstock and shape as desired. No headstock pics to show brand, no brand mentioned. Is a no name parts bass or some such imo.

Can "produce tremendous lows on even smaller amps"
I love marketing.

This makes it worth the extra $1750

| | Supporting Member | | | | | You guys got me laughing!! Yea I figured it was probably way over priced! Love how I see Fender Jazz Basses on CL all the time for way cheap and they don't show the headstock. I always figure it is a squire (nothing against squire). Was kinda wondering if it may have been a parts bass, never know though. For what ever reason they dont show a good pic of the headstock.

Rick B. | I agree. It didn't look bad at all. I agree it's way overpriced, but otherwise, it is a "different" design, but so what, looks to be decent quality. Hard to really tell though for sure, without knowing specifics though. Just didn't look bad to me. |

| | Supporting Member | | | | | The reason I originally asked is cause I kinda liked the body shape but could not see a name on the bass so was not sure if it was a kit like warmouth or if the guy made if from scratch. I am not slaming the quality of it cause I have no idea never heard it and it could have better pics on there. Just some of the responses were kinda funny. I did however think that it was probably over priced. If I built one, of course it would probably suck, any way if I sold one I built would not sell it for that much cause there is no reconized name behind it. Could be an awsome bass or a peice. Either way was just curious. Also thought it could have been a small local builder in this part of the state that someone on here might have known. I don't have that kind of money and would not spend it on something like that. Would have to be a reconized bass like one from John K, Tuxedo, Cirrus or ect. That kind of money is hard for me to come by.

The Headstock says Signature, handmade basses, Custom, J-Bass, Limited Edition. Signature is the company I'm guessing, Handmade basses is smaller, under Signature, like its part of the company name. "J-bass" is below the G tuning peg "Custom" is small, between "Signature" and "J-bass"
and "Limited Edition" is on the very tip of the headstock.
It all reads as if the bass were horizontal.
I will try to get pics up asap.
