What model is this bass?

Hi everybody,

Can someone tell me what I have for a bass guitar here?
It says "Reinforced neck" and "Made in Japan".

It's probably one of the many Japanese basses to come out of the Matsumoku factory in the 1970s and 1980s. They were sold under a ton of brands like Memphis, Vantage, Guyatone, Westbury, Westone, etc.
