Definitely not a standard, standards have a passive soapbar pickup.

It's either a Streamer Stage 1, or the already mentioned LX.

Looks like a Streamer to me.

Is it just me or does the band sound an awful lot like RATM?

Not at all,...sounds like generic radio rock to me. How many times can dunt dunt duntdunt dunt dunt dunt be rehashed?
