What Size Allen Key Needed? Fender Jazz 24

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi, the title explains it all but I'm in a sticky situation here. I am trying to lower the action on my Fender Jazz 24.. the only problem is I don't have any allen keys so I need to know what size I should buy from the store to adjust the truss-rod?
I also want to adjust my bridge, however once again I lack the proper tools needed, and once again I am clueless on what sized tool I need to buy?

So if any of you out there are familiar with the Fender Jazz 24 bass, please enlighten me

For the truss rod in my MIM jazz I use a 3/8" allen wrench.

As far as I know Fender uses a 1.5mm allen wrench on the saddles. But, I could be wrong.

FWIW, you could get a whole set for not a whole lot of scratch then you'd have every size you'd need.
