It appears to be a lightly used black Fender Squier Bass Guitar.

I mean, I've never seen this style, ever.

I spent tons of time looking up fender and squier basses throughout the years, and never came across anything like this. Was this like a one off or did this guy sincerely think that decal would just raise the value?
