| | | | Actually I made it tonight...
Carvin BK50A kit. Alder body, maple neck with birdseye maple board with MOP diamond shaped inlays. Chrome hardware. Should be here in around 2 weeks or so. Haven't decided on a color yet, but I'm leaning toward a transparent blue.

Most likely from the Pro series unless I find a German one at a good price. If I suddenly came into a bunch money, I'd get a Cataldo JAEbird 5 string bass.

If not that one, my next purchase will be a P bass of some kind, likely a Squier, if I can't swing the Fender.

All of my basses are P's right now, the tele style, so to make a P with Jazz pickups with a tele style guard would be cool. Just gotta work out the design to make it look right.
My slab P will be a reverse headstock like the Dusty version. |

Also if I have some coin left over a Squire CV PBass in fiesta red.

A new Bass VI, a 51 RI to replace the one I sold a few years back, a sonic blue 63 AVRI P, and possibly a RIC.
Add to that list parts for the two franken-Ps I'm building.

| | Progressive bass brony | | Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Zagreb, Croatia | | A cheap Essex-style Jazz Bass, or another one of their six-strings. One, I don't have a Jazz bass and I want one for a frankenproject, two, I already have one of their six-strings so I want to have another one and go fretless.
