Question Who's Got The Best Prices On Guitars?

From actual experience....
Who has the 'Cheapest' prices either retail store and or online, on guitars?

There is no "best" price!

Sorry, couldn't resist.

I think it depends on what you are looking for. I almost always buy used. Typically retail stores are the worst place to buy used gear at great prices. I usually find the best deals on Craig's List. For new gear I would think the large retailers like Musician's Friend would have the best prices.

Most of the online stores match BASS prices with the other online retailers. I go through Sweetwater because they perform a 55 point evaluation, and show pics of the actual BASSES for sale. Good people.

zZounds has a somewhat limited selection but sometimes has some killer deals on blemished basses.
