Yamaha bass model TRB 1005
Where is the Yamaha TRB 1005 5 string bass made, Japan or China? Would like to hear feedback from any owner/players of this model of bass. Thanks in advance.

Korea. Very good basses They're not as good as the old Japanese basses, but pretty good nonetheless.

Yep, Korea but I hated the one I owned! Chunky neck! Harsh preamp! Neck issues!

It had to go bye bye! Get a TRB-5 (Japan). Don't waste your money! Just my opinion.

They're made in Indonesia

TRB1004J/1005/1006 are made in Indonesia just like BB424/425 and BB1024/1025

Newer models most likely. Mine was an older model I bought around 2006/2007 maybe. Was built in Korea.
