| | | | Yamaha BB1200 at the Pawn Shop Went down to my local pawn shop and saw a natural Finnish neck thru BB1200. Neck was in good shape and straight, body had some mojo on the bottom side. The input jack was cutting out so didnt get too much of a tone feel for it. I takes them down from 300 to 125 and told them I'll come back for it. What's the word on these basses, considered good P bass copies. |

| | | | Cool! Also, I check out the end of the truss rod. It looks like its a nut instead of a hex. What's it on your basses? |

I've attached the Yamaha parts list/wiring diagram for you and other 800,1000,1200 owners. BTW, requires an 8mm wrench for truss rod adjustments. Yes, they are like a P-Bass on steroids! Sound very nice with D'Addario Chromes even if you don't like flats. I have the active pup version which is the 1200S.

| | | | Hahaha! Just not really a P guy. I'm a fan if the Duck Dunn tone, and that Motown thud. But I don't do much of that. |

Looking forward to the pics!

either way you're robbing the guy at that price. Get it!
