Starting from bridge:
Master tone
Pickup balance
Master Volume |

| | | | Beano is correct, vol vol tone. And yes, a very respectable bass.

I have a 270J, which is basically the new 170EW without the spiffy top and different controls. It's a very good all rounder and can hold its own against a lot of much more expensive basses.

Best dressed and playing necks on any bass south of $400 in my opinion. Feel blows the SGR and Squiers out of the water, kinda boring though.

It was a decent practice bass, and surprising quality for the price point. I prefer Squier CV and VMs, but that's just my personal taste and comfort level with Fender gear. If one has no preference, they're just as good.
