My cello.

Failing that, it would have to be my Rickenbacker.

I voted other, the two nicest fretless basses I've played were a Carvin custom and a Warwick corvette. Both sounded amazing...

jmclearnon 02-26-2013 01:47 AM

I would also say my cello...

nightwulf 02-26-2013 02:12 AM

My Warwick 'vette...sounds awesome:)

I like the Wal tone, but prefer the Jaco Jazz tone. I haven't tried several of these so I shouldn't really have voted. Having said that I expect that I would prefer Rob Allen mouse but I've never even seen one in the flesh.

I like mine... ;)

Human Base Daily 5

That said, blowinblue's Ken Lawrence ChamberBass is awsome... played one in a shop for a good while. Loved it, couldn't afford it....

My current Yamaha TRB 1005 is very nice, but I used to have a Westone Thunder 3b that was lovely.

Oddly enough, this picture, which is of my bass & I took it in my back yard at the time, appears as an example in the Westone Forums.
