BassUp!, Atlanta’s Bass Festival, returns for 2012 on Saturday, November 10th. This year’s show is focused on solo bass and will consist of performances from solo bass greats from around the United States. Players include Trip Wamsley, Edo Castro, Darren Michaels, Scott Fernandez, Myron Bennell Carroll, Aaron Gibson, Brittany Frompovich, Russ Rodgers, Craig Shaw, Luke Putney, and Christopher “C3” Cardone, but there may be a few surprises.
Along with the performances there will be a raffle to win gear and other great prizes. The fest starts at 1PM and takes place at Atlanta Bass Gallery, 4451 Atlanta Road, Suite 124, Smyrna, GA 30080. Admission is a $10 suggested donation and all ages are welcome.
