On Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 2:30PM, Bernhard Lackner will hold a clinic at Atlanta Bass Gallery (814 Marietta Street, Atlanta, GA 30318). Lackner will be performing with a full band. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.
Austrian bass player Bernhard Lackner, now in his mid twenties, has played and recorded with artists including Mino Cinelu, Chester Thomspon, Adam Holzman, Marco Minnemann, Thomas Kugi, Adam Nitti, Trip Wamsley, Scott Bernard, Florian Bramböck, Steve Cunningham, Christian Wegscheider, Blair Masters, Franz Hackl, Jeff Coffin, Derico Watson, performed for Red Bull at their Hangar 7 in Salzburg(Austria), at the Euro Bass Day (Italy), at the Outreach Jazz Festival (Austria), at the Noibassisti Bass Festival (Italy), at the BassUp! event Atlanta. In July 2006 Lackner released his debut album "those days". Currently living in Nashville, Lackner works as a solo artist, clinician for La Bella Strings, and sideman for different artists.
