Former Philidelphia Principal Bassist Passes

The former principal bass of the Philadelphia Orchestra Roger M Scott died on June 11, 2005; he is survived by his wife Eleanor Huston; children Roger, Pamela, Meredith and Philip; grandchildren Elizabeth, Emma, David, Owen; daughter-in-law Elizabeth O'Brien and son-in-law Razaullah Khwaja. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Those who wish, may contribute to the Student Assistance Fund of The Curtis Institute of Music
