On his website, bassist Jeff Carswell reports that the new Jaco Pastorius Big Band CD has been completed and is scheduled for release March 28. Along with Jaco's sound, guest bassists include: Gerald Veasley, Victor Wooten, Richard Bona, Jimmy Haslip, Carswell, Israel "Cachao" Lopez, Jr., Mark Egan, Oteil Burbridge, and Will Lee.
