| I payed but my account hasn't been upgraded! |
| The account upgrade process is instant and automated. HOWEVER, if you pay with a Paypal "e-check" - that is, if your Paypal payment is funded by $$ from your BANK ACCOUNT, PayPal puts a hold on those funds, and TalkBass doesn't receive them for up to 7 days. Once PayPal approves the funds, they ping TalkBass and your account is automatically upgraded. |
| My subscription is active, but I still show up as a "Registered User" |
| If your subscription is active, as a Supporting Member you can edit your own usertitle to anything you want. The default is "Registered User". To edit this, click into My TalkBass ->Edit Profile. The blue "Supporting Member" tag on all your posts is the 'official' designation of a Supporting Member. |
| How can I tell if my subscription is Active? |
| You can check the status and term of your Supporting Membership by going to the Paid Subscriptions page in My TalkBass, and looking under the heading "Active Subscriptions". If you do not see this heading, you don't have any active subscriptions. |
