I've never had any lessons in electric bass. I did play classical violin for 10 years as a child, which include some experience with double bass. I also took some acoustic guitar lessons in high school. Otherwise, I am self-taught. I have lost most of my background in music theory and gained the ability to play by ear. I learned bass by playing along with the "classic rock" stations on the radio. - Favorite Genres:
- A bit of just about everything.
