Previously owned gear:
I started out WAY BACK WHEN with a Peavey T-40 Bass (the ORIGINAL, with the RECTANGULAR case) and TNT 45 watt amp. I graduated up to a Music Man Sabre bass along with a Peavey Centurion 130 watt head and a 215 cab equipped with Black Widows. With the exception of the Music Man, ALL served me well. The only remaining piece is my 215 cab. Back in the late '70's and early '80's, a 200 watt cab was sufficient. Not so, nowadays! I replaced the BW's with Kappalite 3015's! It's good for another 30 years. I hope I am. Maybe whoever picks it up from the garage sale after I've passed will appreciate all of the TLC my equipment has had over the years.

DISCLAIMER!

When I got interested in music in the mid '70's there was a Peavey dealership less than 10 miles away! That had an obvious influence on me.

After a hiatus from music (marriage, working 3-11's, a son) I've recently come out of retirement and having been out of the loop for so long, I decided that Peavey was my safest bet as far as buying used from eBay goes. Whether people hate or love Peavey, I think most agree their products are "bullet-proof," "built like tanks," and "last forever."
