- I'm available for instruction in mid to low level bass players. I've been playing for 7 years on bass guitar and 9 years on the trombone. I've played in numerous jazz bands, but have played bass exclusively in rock and progressive bands. I have a good background in music theory (both classical and jazz approaches), but I teach a bit differently. Mostly I'll be teaching ear training and staying in the pocket. I feel most comfortable teaching rock, but am willing to teach jazz. Though I feel
