Influences and Teachers:
My main teachers have been David Baker and Bruce Bransby. I have studied with David Murray, Larry Gray, and Rufus Reid. I went to the Steins Institute at the Ravinia Festival for jazz in the summer of 2003. I have a lot of influences. Here are a few, the usual. Ray Brown, Dave Holland, Paul Chambers, Rufus Reid, Christian McBride, ect....
