Trentin Lee Manning. Sad news

I am very saddened upon receiving the news this evening of my friend, bassist Trentin Lee Manning. He lost his life earlier today, in a car accident on his way to a gig that was scheduled tonight in Toledo Ohio with fellow bassists Steve Lawson and Steven Guerrero.

To hear the talented spirit and see what other bass players had to say about our brother, feel free to pay him a visit at.

This is stinking lousy.

I never heard of him until now, but I listened to some of his music and saw some vids. Forgive me for bringing this up, but I can't help but notice such a physically small guy have such a big sound. His playing stands up on it's own, but it's amazing to me considering. What I'm saying is that he didn't have the big arms and hands that many of us here have as advantages, but he sounds better then most of us blessed people anyway. Wow.

RIP Trentin Manning.

My heart goes out to the love of his life, Emily, and his parents. I don't know why but many of the greats are taken from us way to soon. The world goes on, even though it isn't as great without them here. Condolences.

Auto accidents are always so tragic. Weather-related? What can we begin to say other than condolences and RIP. Don't know him, but feel he was one with us all. He was a bassist.
