Ok, so we've held off of making any real rules to date and for the most part, we are very happy that everyone out here is well behaved.
But, there are a couple of recurring issues that we'd like to address that will either answer questions that are common, speed up the process of getting info to you or make both of our lives easier in general. Please take note of the following rules of engagement at the TPB Sponsored Forum:
1) No advertising or solicitation of our customers is allowed.
2) If you need info on something specific, like a price quote, please contact TPB directly, please DO NOT PM US and expect a quick response! The recommendation is that you contact our National Sales Manager, Brandt Bourque at
Brandt@ThePerfectBass.com or toll free at 866.751.3220. If he cannot personally respond to you, your inquiry will be passed on to another one of our player reps asap! If your question is appropriate for general discussion, just make a post! If it's regarding prices, please keep that to phone or direct email communications with us.
3) Please do NOT share any promotional discount amounts publicly on ANY online forum or other public space. We rarely advertise sale pricing on specific items unless they are closout, old models or scratch and dent. We would appreciate if you allow us to decide what prices we advertise. If you want to say that we gave you a very competitive price, or that you were extremely pleased with the price, or even that we have the best price, feel free to do so. But please, leave exact numbers or percentages out of your posts.
4) No profanity. This is simple. There are kids out here... If wouldn't say it to your Mom, don't say it here. Thanks.
That's what we have for now, but we do reserve the right to edit, add to or change these rules at any time. We also reserve the right to edit or delete any posts that we deem inappropriate. That being said, we generally let most comments fly unless they violate the rules stated above.
