Cool

I am selling my NS Design Wav4 EUB, amber burst finish, as new condition.
I bought the bass in october 2008 (it came with the improved new tripod stand), but I don't have enough time for practicing. A great, low action setup was made by a luthier.
I would include a good quality brazilwood french bow.
Shipping to: Europe.

Price: 850 € + shipping.

Hello Dear Sztomi,
I'm looking for one of these NS Design that you have. Why are you selling you'rs
How much would shipping be to Germany, and is it possible to lower the price a little?
Also I don't know a lot about bows, would you tell me how much the one you are including would cost by its own?

Thank you.
Regards,
NR

Hi!
I really enjoy this bass, especially now that it got a proper setup and plays wonderfully. I'm really quite sad that it has to go. The reasons are mainly financial of course, and also that I have a new job that doesn't leave enough free time for me to practice bass guitar, participate on rehearsals, etc. and also practice and utilise the upright.

Shipping would cost around 50 eur. depending on the exact location, and including insurance.

The bow: I'm sorry, I wouldn't like to sell it separately. It's NOT made of pernambucco which is the most expensive and best wood for bows, but a similar brazilian exotic wood. Nevertheless it's quite a high quality one: ebony frog, abalone, genuine siberian horsehair, etc. It cost me around 150 euros, bought directly from the maker.

The bow is one of the reasons why I wouldn't want to lower the price significantly, the other is that the bass is practically new; I have the original German (!) invoice: the bass is still under warranty for 1.5 years.
I'll try to be flexible: we could split the shipping costs, but I can't go lower, sorry.

Regards

Thanks for the reply Sztomi,
Yes I thought so that the high price is due to the bow, I fully understand that.
I'm very interested in buying you're EUB, just the thing is that right now at this moment I can't. Due to that I'm living in Spain and will be moving from here next mounth.
So please put me on the list, if you find a immediate buyer feel free to sell it. If it's still available next mounth I'll get it. Perhaps I would even have the oportunity to pick it up myself.

Thank you, talk to you soon!

Regards,
NR

If I'll have it then, it's yours of course.
Good luck for Germany, and feel free to try the instrument and pick it up here.

Dear Sztomi,
Nothing is shure yet but it seems that on the beginning of next mounth I will be in Germany, and from there drive down to Belgrade. Then I would visit you in Budapest.

I have some further questions, if the bass is still available. Is the bass allright, and do you still have the bag for transportation? Is there anything wrong with the electronics, can one hear unusual noises?

I hope that you are doing fine, hear from you soon!

Regards,
NR

Thumbs up

I'm happy to hear from you again; here are the answers to your questions:

Yes, it is still available.
It's all right in every possible way: no malfunctions, whatsoever. Yes, I have the original gigbag, only used it once. It has an absolutely "healthy" sound. The electronics and everything else are also working fine.

PM sent !!!
