Just to clarify, the Buzz Feiten Tuning System does not require the use of a Korg DT-7. Any tuner can be used (as stated on Buzz Feiten's site).

But since this tuner has the BF function it makes it way easier to get the correct BF tuning.

I have one of these from when I had my MTD. It's really one of the best of the handheld tuners. I've compared it to my ST-200 Turbo Tuner is it is right on.

I knew you could tune any BF bass w/o this, but didn't know you could intonate it. Anyway, it's built in and makes it very easy and as Jerry said it's a nice tuner.
