cool bass. I like the shape. Wouldn't want to play it seated, though.

The workmanship appears top-notch. On one hand, I think the cost is justified by the time put onto the instrument. OTOH, Whether it's justified by its value as a sound-producer or an art object is up to each individual. I imagine there are enough monied collectors out there to result in a few orders. I would certainly never take it on a gig!

I guess they're decorative - same as the last fret on a BassLab.

Humm...

The craftsmanship looks good, but the design looks... "off". I appreciate the creative thinking, but the bass looks like a combination of different ideas, not an integrated design.

Those ARE my initials...


I really like the bass though. If I had money to burn I would get one. I'm not really digging the headstock though. But if I had 10,000 quid to blow, I'm sure he could change it for me.
