Bass players are the Rodney Dangerfield of music, we get no respect.

Did a little local PCA (Porsche Club) road racing for awhile and enjoy watching F1/LeMans and AMA/FIM motorcycle racing.
Started out on guitar, wasn't great at it (I was decent and could hold a beat) and that's when I decided to make the change....and I love it. I mainly played rhythm anyways so might as well do it right. I've given up hope of gigging or being in a band, that ship has set sail long ago.... without me. I even sold all my gear and quit playing for about 12 years. Finally realized I really missed playing, even if it was just for my own enjoyment. So I got some new gear and here I am.

That's the short version, feel free to ask any questions but you must answer mine first. Does anyone read these? :D
