Music has been a huge part of my life. I've been playing toons in one form or another since I were a lad of fifteen. It started with a tra-jazz band but as soon as I heard the Ramones I was hooked and away I did fly. Here I am almost 58 years old and still holding a thunder stick. But now it's back full circle to the stuff I first hung a bass from my neck for. Except with the added twist of a Fiddle and Steel Guitar I'm back to learning the Standards of the day 70-80 years ago. But for what ever reason I feel something I havent felt in years, it's all of a sudden fun and games again the toons are clicking quickly, I'm learning new and interesting music theory, I'm playing with some of the best musician I've ever encountered, like the Beatles said "It's getting better all the time". Can't wait to see and hear what happens next.
