1. Welcome to TalkBass 2014! If you're new here, we just went through a major site upgrade. Please post all concerns and bugs to the Forum Usage Issues forum. We will be monitoring that forum. Thank you for all of your feedback.

The TalkBass iphone/android app is NOT WORKING currently. We're working on it. Tapatalk IS working, so if you need to use an app, use Tapatalk. Try using your browser though - TalkBass is now 100% responsive to your phone/tablet screen size ;)

Please read the TalkBass 2014 FAQ for lots of great info on the new software.

    Current Setup:
MIM P-Bass x 3 - all La Bella Flats, 1 Lollar, 1 EMG Geezer split passive, 1 MV atlas, Hipshot or Gotoh bridges.
Epiphone Allen Woody w/ La Bella Beatle Bass Flats
    Fender Peteman 100w, 2 x 15" EV's built by Billy Zoom
    Ampeg PF500
    Mesa 2x10 Traditional
    Previously Owned Gear:
1990 maple-glo 4003 checkered binding, wish I still had it
    Influences and Teachers:
The bass-tone that hooked me to the instrument is found on the "Skull & Roses" 1971 Grateful Dead live track "Wharf Rat." However, I also love me some good old Geddy Lee. Could there be any 2 sounds more opposite and still so beautiful? Currently digging Cliff Williams old stuff, working man's bassist.
