Pros: Split J is dead quiet and P and J are perfect match...
Cons: That I don't have Hinesley p/u's in all my basses...

I'll keep updating this as time passes, but the things that were most important to me were noticed immediately upon swapping out the Aero's in my bass for Stan Hinesley's handwound P/J Plus set. The split J is dead quiet even soloed. Finally, a great sounding J without the hum. Last night at a practice I actually used just the J, something I tended not to do much in the past. Extremely balanced from string to string and a nice throaty/vintagy J sound. The volume/balance between the J and P are equal, another first for me, I was always having to turn up the J when in a band setting. The P is much more authoritative in the lows, punchy and articulate, rather than blurred. Besides Stan's help and the quality of product I am thrilled with these pickups.

Pros: Split J's added new life to my 62 RI
Cons: None

My Fender 62 RI has new life and growl that wasn't there before.
Silent soloed, no more hum... and what a tone!

Thanks to Stan and well worth the money.
