Pros: Light weight, great tone, loud, well-built, 10 yr warranty, great customer service
Cons: None found

I already had a Schroeder 410 R cabinet that I really liked which had become my favorite cab of all time(Playing since 1966)...but I was wanting something lighter for hauling around when I didn't need to drag my 75lb 410R up the stairs and into a smaller gig or practice or wherever I was playing. I tried a couple of other brands of cabs-I don't know why I did'nt try this cab out first, but I did buy a couple other Neo cabs first... and thought they sounded pretty good, but they were just a little anemic in the tone and volume department compared to what I was used to with my Schro 410R. There- fore, I finally got a Schroeder 212L from Jorg...and once I got it... I knew that I'd found exactly what I'd been looking for. The 42 lb weight is easy to carry one handed up even narrow stairways-often with my amp in the other hand, and bass guitar on my back. The tone is deep and fat, with a great low end, great mid "bite", and shimmering highs-without distortion. It can be a stand alone cab for most venues -midddle sized to small clubs-and sounds good at low or thunderous volumes. It easily handles all of the 900 watts my amp puts out. Jorg is probably the best in the business as far as customer service goes and he totally stands behind his 10 year warranty. This cab is built like a tank. It will continue to be my "small" cab-(which will blow away most larger cabs)-though I'll also keep my Schroeder 410 cab... and when a show of force is needed -my 212L will sit on top of my 410R. I'm sure I will own the 212L for years and years-it's perfect for what I needed it for...I am now gasless. Peace...DAcat

Pros: schroeder 212L
Cons:

I got one and I love it. I have 4 great cabinets that I use for various applications: Ampeg PR410HLF, Ampeg SVT410HLF, Bergantino HT322 and Schroeder 212L. I find myself more and more going to the Schroder because it can handle almost everything the big guys can but it is just stupid easy to transport. It may be a little lacking at the far low end but 3 of them together weigh less than the Ampeg PR. You can't have it all right?

Because I suffer from bad gas my next interest is looking at Accugroove. Either an El Whappo Jr or a tri210. I hear great things, anyone own one along with any one of the 4 cabs I've mentioned to compare? I wanted to see how they stack up. In my opinon, my Berg is probably the best I've ever owned, but the PR410HLF in it's prime was just a beautiful beast. The clearest deepest most articulate deep end I've ever experienced. I almost felt like I was listening to a keyboard when I played low E or B. Room filling clear clean low end. Just as info on what type of sound I'm really looking for.
