Pros:
Power/Durability/Reliability/Dual-Mono Output
Cons:
Heavy/16"Deep/Fan is a little noisy
Excellent product. Have been using one as a power section with my BMax for several months now. My RMX is actually a retired PA rig amp that has seen a lot of service. We had replaced the RMX series with PLX units because multiple RMX's in a rack were really heavy. Never had a single problem with the RMX models though.
The RMX is a straightforward power amp. Nothing to speak of in it's design. It is using proven technology that has been around for 20 years. That means it's heavy.
One thing I like about this amp is that with the ability to run a dual mono output with a single input feed. A switch on the back allows you to run the same signal to both outputs. I have done this with two Avatar cabs and it works great.
Not much more to say other than they are worth the money. You can get lighter and more compact amps the RMX. But if you can't afford one or don't mind lugging around a 42 lb. amp in your rack you can't beat them for the money.
