Pros:
Powerful, clean, clear, loud, not terribly difficult to transport.
Cons:
Tone Stack: I really wish they'd just leave it flat.
I'll get the bad out of the way. The casters didn't last two months before they started to fall out, so I just unscrewed the plates on the bottom and got a dolly, which is much more effective anyway.
Their tone stack may make it easy for slappers to get a desirable tone, but they should allow it to be bypassed. If you want it flat, you have to dime the mids at about 860Hz, and turn the bass and treble to 2.
Now, the brighter side of things. I'm really impressed with its versatility. The line out is of good quality, I use it for acoustic guitar at Church and, as long as I'm able to dial the mids back in from the tone stack, it works like a charm.
The speakers seem to be good, they aren't very good for the low lows but they don't fart on the low B which is a good thing. It sounds quite good, I've even used it for electric guitar and it's much clearer than many guitar amps I've played through.
If you're playing low level gigs around town, this amp is plenty loud and should easily get the job done. As with anything, though, try before you buy. I don't think you'll find an overall more satisfying, deep, and versatile 210 combo below $1000 than this one.

Pros:
Great tone, solo and in the mix. I love the parametric mids controls. The line out sounds great on recordings.
Cons:
Cheapo casters. Gets hot fast if there's anything anywhere near the top vents.

I've had this combo for about a year and a half now. It's served me very well for the gigs I do. I've used this for shows with crowds between 50 and 250 people. It's very easy to dial in a great tone. The ability to control the volume going to the speakers and to the line out seperately is incredibly useful live. I've used this live and in the studio and have always been impressed.
