Pros: Loud unplugged sound, Fishman preamp, Price
Cons: Some sharp fret edges

Very nice ABG. The "small brother" of the Tacoma Thunderchief

If you are looking for a loud acoustic bass guitar but don´t want to spend a thousand (Dollars or Euros) this is for you.

Before I decided to bought it I tried every ABG that I found, from Ibanez to Fender at the price range of 300€ to 700€, and none of them had an unplugged sound as satisfying as the Olympia.

It has a big body that can be hard to handle to some people, but that´s the reason it has a louder sound that other ABGs, so for me that´s not an issue.

The Fishman Classic 4 preamp/eq allows you to dial your sound and records very nice for your home made tracks.

Cons? Ofcourse. Some sharp fret edges and some glue that you can see end feel on the neck/body joint, normal things at this price range, and they don´t affect the sound or playability as far as I can tell.

In a few words: A nice ABG that sounds better than instruments costing twice (or three times) the price, and won´t let you down in your acoustic jams.
