Ease of Use
This pedal is a very easy to use pedal. It was designed by Bob Moog himself to add a very nice color to John Cage's 4'33". I haven't had any problems finding a nice sound with it so far, and like i said in the pros, the controls are very intuitive. It took me about 3-4 minutes after reading the manual to have a pretty good handle on the effect pedal.
Sound Quality
As anyone can expect, its the Moog quality that we've all come to expect, very good sounding box. As I said in the pros section, there is very little noise coming from the box, the grounding is done very well, so there is nothing extra coming from the box itself 
the only downside is that there is a somewhat limited range of sounds this can do, of course, that hasn't been much of a problem as Moog designed this to have a great sound right out of the box
Reliability
This pedal hasn't given me any problems so far, I have had it for about a year. I have gigged with it at least 5-6 times and it held up perfectly. So far, this box has been living up to the Moog quality.
Customer Support
I haven't had to deal with CS as this pedal hasn't given me a problem
Overall
Overall this pedal is very good. The pedal has proven to be irreplaceable and i can't play 4'33" without it. I am working on arranging 4'33" for a solo bass loop arrangement (i have a lexicon Jamman) and i think this pedal will fit in that mix well. I would recommend this pedal for anyone who wants to play 4'33" with an added twist. I may just get the guitar version too

lives up to the hype! i play extended versions of 4'33" (sometimes up to 16'51") myself at every show, and this little guy is indispensible. (the way i play it: i turn my amp off for the movements and on for in-between.)
i've noticed absolutely no noise from this unit, which is awesome. the peeps at moog know their stuff!
if you're into john cage, this is a MUST HAVE.

While I am not necessarily a Cage fan, you'd be almost stupid to even attempt to 4'33" without this pedal. Moog has done it again.

this is an excellent pedal for anyone just getting into Cage or bass playing.
it will show you what your tone should sound like at all times!

It is a tad expensive, mostly because it´s been discontinued.

My first impression of this gadget was a very good one, as soon as it arrived, i plugged my noisy, old, poorly maintained Hagstrom bass in it and i was blown away!!! No noise at all, even with my Sennheiser headphones all i could hear were the noises surrounding me, then i proceeded to do the amp test, i plugged the unit into my old Peavey TNT, given the fact that the speaker is totally blown,i was amazed at how the little unit did its job flawlessly. Due to the fun factor of this little stomp box, i play all of the three movements of John Cage´s 4´33 daily. Now that i have this effect i will never ever sell it, it will have to be removed from my cold dead hands, i´ve spent too much time and effort trying to get it. I am working with a drummer friend of mine on doing a bass and drums version but we´re working on the cues as 4'33 is an extremely challenging piece of music, if it wasn´t for the little Moog unit i never would have been able to nail the sound required for this masterpiece.
