    1976 Fender Precision Bass Neck
Original Tuners & String Tree Included

Here's a maple '76 P Bass loaded neck. As you can see it has some heavy wear, but it's in good condition and has lots of real "mojo". The truss rod works good and the neck is straight. The frets look to be original and have plenty of life left, but there's a lot of fret sprout, so the fret ends need to be filed/dressed (which is simple and relatively cheap). I bought it for a project neck and was going to dress the frets myself, but I never got around to it and have too many other things going right now, so I'm offering it up for sale.

The tuners and all the hardware are original to the neck. '76 was the last year they used these (nickel) tuners. They show lots of age and patina, but they all function fine, not hard to turn, and they're straight.

The neck stamp is 0103-4063, which dates to '76, as well as the ser. # 7649XXX.
    "B" width, 1 5/8" @ nut.
